OER POLICY

• All drivers 25+ with a full G license will be provided priority bookings with rates including taxes
• Drivers under 24 or G2 will require additional screening and a slight premium on each 24 hour rental

There is a no refund policy on any trip booked with Opulent Exotic Rentals INC. All proceedings are used to cover loss of trip, insurance paid, overheads and loss of potential business. 

No refunds will be issued for failure to comply with the agreed pick-up time and location. The Renter must notify of any changes at least 4 hours in advance. 

Please show up on the time of your experience or 5-10 minutes prior, in order to take extra photos of the car, complete the agreement signing and key handover process. Completion times may vary within 15 minutes. If there is an experience update or change in start time you will receive an email update, otherwise all experiences are as scheduled. 

Please ensure you have your Drivers License and Credit Card on your experience date for registration. If you can, bring a cable for your phone to enjoy the Apple Car play perks on all of our cars, we will have one for you as well depending on availability. 

There is an authorized hold on a Credit Card under your name at the time of pickup ranging from $1500-10,000 depending on the vehicle of choice. Please respect our cars as you will still be 100% responsible and liable if you cause negligent damage. 

Please do not have any sharp objects or keys on the back of the jeans, back pockets or pants to avoid damage to any leather seats or the vehicle. We recommend appropriate sunscreen to avoid any potential sunburn throughout the day. 

Opulent Exotics has an authorized private parking lot with plenty of parking spots in our underground heated facility. Parking is complimentary and please use the designated parking area. This area is safe for your personal vehicle and is also under video surveillance and in a private facility. 

Opulent Exotics makes all official event calls due to weather. If your experience has been canceled due to heavy snow or weather, you can reschedule free of charge within the same year. No refunds due to heavy snow weather. No reimbursements for accommodations or any type of costs as snow weather is out of our control. If you do not receive an official event reschedule email from Opulent Exotics, your trip is still on. With the forecasts being inaccurate, we will do our best to review local conditions and make calls within a few hours or more of each trip if needed. 

There are no hidden fees, all experiences with Opulent Exotics are all inclusive. There will be training for your vehicle provided, a brief summary of the vehicle you are taking, and our amazing sales reps will be present to answer all of your questions! 

Additional information will be provided within the rental agreement at the time of your experience. OER will provide you with complete time to go over the agreement before any rental. The keys are handed over at the clients agreement signing and understanding of the contract. Any questions can be asked to our team before or during your rental period for clarification.
